Our mission is to empower our community and change lives through sports. We strive to create an inclusive environment that inspires, empowers, and supports our youth's goals and dreams. In doing so, we focus on our five core principles, which resonate throughout the club: Character, Empathy, Trust, Accountability, and Grit. 

We endeavor to represent these values at all times as directors, coaches, and especially mentors. We hope to pass these principles along to our young athletes as we wholeheartedly believe that it is our duty and pleasure to mentor them, not only as athletes but as young members of society. Our most important task is to create a safe and supportive culture for our youth.
